Contract Agreement For Event Engagement
iStyleYourEvent.com CONTRACT~AGREEMENT This Agreement is entered into on this _____ day of ______ 20**, by and between iStyleYourEvent, a Business, and Joanna Ogunleye, an individual.
In consideration of the mutual promises set forth hereunder, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, iStyleYourEvent and Couple agree to the following:
iStyleYourEvent will not be held legally liable for other vendors. This includes vendor no shows, failure for a vendor to complete their contract, the way the vendor services turn out (such as pictures, flowers, cake, communications, ushers, etc.), or any other vendor actions.
The undersigned agrees to let iStyleYourEvent know of any changes to the event and/or vendors that they will be using by two weeks prior to the planned event. The undersigned also agrees to immediately notify iStyleYourEvent in case of a cancellation of the event or change to the event date.
Cancellation at anytime of the event by the undersigned will result in a non-refundable refund of the monies that has been paid to iStyleYourEvent. The undersigned agrees to pay a non-refundable deposit upon signing this agreement in the amount of $ 500.00 or half of the 15% of the Event Budget and pay the remaining balance based on the outstanding 7.5% of the budget two weeks prior to the event date of _____,_____, 20**. Payment can be made using PayPal, Cheques or email money transfer.
In the event that iStyleYourEvent is not able to coordinate the event, then a full refund of what has been paid to iStyleYourEvent will be given back to the undersigned.
If services are rendered by iStyleYourEvent, then the Undersigned agrees that no refund of monies will be given after the event or thereafter even if the undersigned is not satisfied. This clause is to protect
iStyleYourEvent by ensuring they are payed for their services and not asked to give the Undersigned free service after everything is complete.
This agreement may be terminated as follows: Either party may terminate this contract at any time. Undersigned must give a written cancellation notice to A iStyleYourEvent if undersigned wishes to cancel this contract. The Undersigned is not entitled to a refund of the monies paid should they cancel.
If any part of this Agreement is held unenforceable for any reason, the remaining portion of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect, and shall be carried out in a manner, which is consistent with the intentions of the parties hereto.
In the event of any dispute or legal action between the parties concerning the enforcement or interpretation of this Agreement, each party shall be responsible for their own attorney's fees. This Agreement shall be governed and construed under the Laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

- A Budget will be established and given to iStyleYourEvent
- Undersigned will only have iStyleYourEvent as the only Event Planner
- Extra Services requested by Couple will be paid for.
