- Unlimited Consultation with couple
- Event Coordination with a Certified Wedding/Event Planner (2hrs before the Ceremony
time till – 10pm)
- Develop & Deliver wedding day checklist- Coordinating ceremony rehearsal
- Last minute followup with retained vendors, review vendor contracts to ensure the
paid services are provided.
- Review, confirm and deliver ceremony programs to appropriate event location
- Coordinating the final reception details with the banquet hall manager & decorators (if the planner is not doing the
setup)
- Coordinating & supervising photo session
- Coordinating timely delivery of rentals etc.
- Developing Vendor emergency contact list (Optional)
- Providing Bride with Emergency Kit
- Assisting with reception table setup for Centerpieces, Favors, Place Cards, Bonbonnieres, Cake Table
This package is handled by a Certified Event Planner
Applicable Taxes will be added to this package during checkout for ONTARIO RESIDENTS
